Spanish colonists have infiltrated Indigenous Anahuac lands where a local poet is about to be punished for not paying her respects to the crown.

The world is so heavy right now. Brothers and sisters are being kidnapped and murdered by ICE, sacred tree relatives are being torn down to build a border wall, and ongoing genocides are making people complacent. In the midst of madness, art is a tool to process pain, achieve catharsis and inspire movement. I hope this video is able to provide healing, community, and inspiration for us to continue to organize for a greater purpose and work towards freedom, justice, and equity. Frosty is an Indigenous/Chicana MC, singer, song writer, and activist based out of Orange County, California. Her music catalogue spans across a wide range of genres from Soul, Spanish RnB, Conscious Hip Hop, and more. Her poetry might have been deemed too radical by colonists 500 years ago, and today she fights against their descendants.
