Sacred Waters ― A Solo Show

A night of community and connection with SACRED WATERS, my first art exhibit in the Inland Empire within San Bernardino's Yuhaaviatam land of the People of the Pines (Maara'yam/Serrano) focusing on watercolor pieces that reflect the faces of the Indigenous inhabitants who originally stewarded it. The skies blessed us with a rainy bath on the eve of the opening, filling the atmosphere with a magical aura. A huge thanks to Barrio Fuerza for providing an arts and culture space for the community to thrive creatively. It's a privilege to showcase my work here as San Bernardino holds a special place in my heart. I spent a year going to college while staying in Loma Linda during a traumatic time in my life and reconnecting with the area in such a warm light with so many sweethearts was healing for me.

On view at Barrio Fuerza January 12th ― February 9th, 2024
